chippewa those look good. I made almost the same thing on Sunday for the game. I used the convection mode on my oven and set temp to 400. I cooked them for 25 minutes, turned them and did another 20 minutes. Outside was crispy and internal temp was about 175.

gus4416 I used 1Tb of baking powder ( not soda) and 1T EVOO for roughly 2 1/2# of wings.
some people say that baking soda gives a bad aftertaste.
HerbcoFood yes I saw this when I was checking this method out. And the main ingredient in baking powder is cornstarch which I didn’t know.
I saw a video where a man did wings both ways side by side and the baking powder was slightly crisper than the cornstarch . So that is why I chose this way.
