I wholeheartedly agree with Dave’s comments and that is through experience with their customer service, which is second to none and I have the50lb mixer and it mixes as well as the commercial mixers that I used in my previous life.

I have a Weston #22 I just wanted to find a mixer replacement as Weston stop making 44lb mixer I have not had time to yet I will check with them tomorrow

tracyezzell I think you have the smoker down pat, that thing looks wonderful. To make it hot smoke I would reline it with some fire board &/or at least stainless steel sheet metal & you are set to go either way.

I already have 2 treagers I only need a smoker that will max at 220 for cooler smoking and I just got a 152 wine cooler I’m converting into a meat curing chamber. I think if I make another one that I will do the stainless interior and build it for heat and cold I will have to thin out my current equipment but I like the idea ty
