Denny O here in eastern Kentucky not everyone but about everybody i know say man had some big old cat heads pork chops, sausage or bacon gravy, and eggs for breakfast

processhead not sure if sawmill gravy is the same as we call corn mill gravy but granddaughter loves it I like it every now and then myself she loves to cook made a kettle of blackberrie dumplings tonight

calldoctoday I have never heard of using sour cream in biscuits. I imagine you would have to thin it out with something to use it. correct?

biged my wife’s family is from Pikeville, Kentucky and she said these looked close to the cat head biscuits her grandma would make but had the whole spread like you described. And she introduced me to bacon gravy about 5 years ago which I didn’t know there was such a thing and of course I loved it!
