We’ve identified the issue, it is bot requests to crawl the page. Working on getting them either stopped or blocked. Should be back to normal by today. cdavis WHY are you up at 3:20 am? Even I am still nice and comfy in bed at that time!

OKay, we redid how one SEO tool crawls meatgistics and it absolutely got better. Is it perfect though? No, it is not. I am monitoring and will make more changes if need be. Let me know if anyone is still seeing significant slow downs. Eventually the goal is back to full speed.

So are these SEO tools what make it easier for search engines like Google and Bing to locate queries on topics and key words within Meatgistics?

processhead In a roundabout way but not without us taking more steps. It helps us identify what we are ranking well on and what we struggle with. There are numerous products that we actually rank better with Meatgistics than we do on waltons.com through google. Pretty sure because meatgistics.com is actually meatgistics.waltons.com It’s fairly infuriating but funny at the same time.

Anyway, the speed is annoying me so I am fully blocking it for now.

Still slow loading here. There may be problems if they are using satellites for transmissions of data. We had a problem with our DirecTV earlier and it went to streaming version which put it to a different network of transmission.

Working those good Ole 12hr nights tend to keep me awake all hours of the night. But it does help me catch up on all the posts. A guy can get way behind on here in a hurry. This thing has really grown over the last couple of years.
