Bob Stehlik is the closest and basically got it. I am calculating the relative humidity of the inside of a smoker when using the Smoker Soaker Humidity Towel.

Just FYO we are working on a video for that and I was able to take it from 10% relative humidity with just the oversize water pan to 43% with the towel!
