Came home to a welcome sight today. New Procut #22 will be taking the place of the Cabela’s. Can’t wait to run some meat through it!

ZParrish With your new Pro-Cut, the meat grinding will definitely not be the bottleneck in your processing operation.

processhead no sir, it will not be. I know that it is overkill for what I’m currently doing but my end goal is to have all of this equipment bought, paid for, and broke in sitting in an actual shop one of these days.

I suspect it will be the last grinder you ever need or want, unless you have some REALLY big expansion plans.

You will love it. I have the #32 pro cut I got from waltons and it takes longer to wash it than grind 200# of meat.

Its funny. Back when I got started in the whole do it yourself, artisanal sausage making. I didn’t even use a grinder for about 3-5 years. I had am antique butcher’s cleaver that I “ground” all of my meat up with. Sounds kinda romantic in a way I guess, But it SUCKED the hind t*t! I LOVE my grinders! But it is good to have learned “how to appreciate” what we all enjoy nowadays! Best of luck with that beautiful piece of equipment! I hope you wear it out in no time!

Had to add a fall-away extension to my grinding table today. That Procut takes up some room lol!

Here’s a little video I did of my container a little while back. Just figured out how to share the link! Lol. Still a lot of work to do but it works great in the current condition for my needs!!!
