Sounds good.
I can understand why the industry would like to get consumers wanting and eating more fat on their lean primals. Better to sell the fat on a retail cut for more $$ than try to figure out how to market it after it’s been trimmed off and has less value.
Changing long held consumer habits and attitudes can be a challenge though. -

I really appreciate the response from you all,as for reaching out should I talk to customer service or just wait until the powers to be to let us know that the parts are in. One question should I wait to use it or better off waiting until the parts show up
