Well, here it is, a 2011 Traulsen that came out of a school and amazingly maintained. My HVAC guy just left giving it a 100% review and clean bill of health, a bonus is he believes it has a new compressor on it as well. Hardly even a scratch anywhere. Just gotta get something to take that permanent marker off, 🙄.
Thank all of you who gave towards this upgrade for our homeless community. As you can see I already have 200 pounds of meat just waiting to be smoked and made into sausage. Truly a blessing.

PaPaSmokes Try WD-40 on a rag and see if it lifts the marker off, It won’t damage the stainless.

johnsbrewhouse avmctually tried a trick I heard of when my kids were little. Go over the permanent marker with dry erase marker. Walla it all wiped right off. Weird huh!

PaPaSmokes Actually you can go over a permanent marker too with a permanent marker and it will lift off if you wipe it quick enough. Problem is it dries so fast

PaPaSmokes I know that works on a whiteboard. Someone at work used a permanent marker on a whiteboard, I used a dry erase over it and it erased.
