Which chorizo seasoning would be best used to dry cure. I am wanting to purchase my seasoning from Waltons but unsure which would be best to use for dry cure

huntincrazyj Responded on the other on too but just to close the loop, use the regular Chorizo Sausage Seasoning for Dry Cured, not the Mexi one.
