Austin great job Walton’s 👏
Grinder knives & plates.
Ok… I messed that up. Sorry. Is there a preferred method for storing these. I typically spray with food grade silicon and store in a zip lock bag.
PapaSop That’s what I do too but using food grade oil. Not sure if there is a better way but so far no problems.

i wash and air dry on paper towels to get all the moisture off of them, then spray and hang. I don’t like to keep them in plastic if you store it somewhere it could get hot and cold it could sweat and create moisture. If you store them in plastic I would definitely wrap them in a paper towel that’s sprayed with silicon.
Thanks for the input. Sounds like moisture free and lubricated it is.
