      Made goose stix today used 50/50 goose and untrimmed pork butt…I did use a garret metel detector and I gotta tell you im glad I did it located 6 steel pieces of shot that I would have possibly missed…I also used Mandarin Terraki Excaliber brand … I used my new Waltons 7lb sausage stuffer and man was I impressed that is awesome…great day for goose stix now moving on to elk sausage and brats…

      Thanks to all you guys grinding today lots of goose here in Idaho…thanks again…oh yeah and a little safety tip i was gutting my elk a couple weeks ago with an outdoor edge… slipped cut left ring finger through tendon plus nerves…going for hand surgerey now that stitches are out.from original cut… be careful with razor blade outdoor edge. Thanks again…

      This Waltons 7 lb sausage stuffer is awesome…cant beat the price or how well this thing perfoms…very well made and heavy duty…thanks Waltons for another great product…the 7lb Waltons smoked my buddies L*M stuffer hands down…lol…

      Just finished a batch of elk snack stix using Excalibur jalapeño seasoning and pepper high temp cheese with carrot fiber as binder… amazing they came out great awesome flavor…if you like a little spice.

      I’m sure this has been asked before but I got crs syndrom today while making these elk stix. Can anyone tell me how much sure cure to use on 5Lb batches of elk meat when mixed with willies snack stix seasoning…thank you… CRS is cant remember sh!@…lol…
