Bob Stehlik too late I took one cake to work yesterday and will have another one tonight. I’m heading out to a local Marine Corps Ball this evening. There may be bourbon involved and Rum for tradition. Semper Fi and have a great Birthday and Veterans day.

Started off this morning with some Holly breakfast sausage and made a little sausage gravy in the CI. The biscuits were canned today, just to save some time. Happy Sunday Meatgistics.

Dave in AZ thanks, its been a busy week so it was a last minute thought. Easy and quick, but turned out great. The smoke and sweetness of the burnt end blended with the heat from the banana peppers just right.

I made use of some leftover burnt ends and did a brisket pizza. I used my home canned Marinara for the sauce, canned hot banana peppers, and caramelized some of my Candy onions and added some pepperoni. It turned out better than expected. I was hoping for leftovers for lunch, but my son stopped by with a friend and this pie disappeared. Sorry, no cooked pics, just one before I put it in the oven.
