I’ll post pics tomorrow, but it’s basically a lp burner that’s rated at 270,000 btu, I’m holding at 205 for the last 5 hours… and it’s set pretty low, could get up to 400 if I ever wanted to, but it’s smoking not grilling lol

processhead ya I had a smaller burner but it struggled to keep at 200, so I went big time lol

Question for sausage recommendations.
Hey everybody, every year I have a cookout where I smoke the main dish… this year I was hoping to make an outstanding sausage to put on a bun, needs to be smoked sausage… was wondering what recipes you all would recommend.
