    • RE: Best Seasoning to use???

Due too many allergies we do simple to cook then individual sauce.
      Salt, pepper, roasted garlic,
Then we use Mauls bbq from St. Louis MO. And hubby uses three depending on how he feels. Worchester, A1,
Me I actually enjoy plain I love the flavor of fresh grilled steak.

Just realized I signed up in 2018 wow time flies. I guess I really didn’t know what great ideas and recipes and cool photos you had. Also what wonderful folks you all are. Glad I decided to ask you about that chamber vacuum. I have been trying to navigate the options and what’s available here that might benefit the outreach that we do. I so far have enjoyed my self. And that fat back bacon being brien cured sounds tempting.

Re: What did everyone cook today?
We had whiting ,snow peas and water chestnuts. All broiled in the oven for 15 minutes. Turned out light and flakey and the veggies were steamed. Ate it to fast didn’t think of a photo. But next time. Fish is best ate hot. Only seasoned with salt pepper and dash of paperica

New bee signed up a few months back. I have a question for the community. I really enjoyed using my Airy vp112s vac master Vacuum chamber vac and then it stopped vacuuming. I sent it out to be repaired but it came back unable to make a good vacuum. So I bought a used second one and that one the pump runs but absolutely no vacuum. Does anyone have any idea how to or where I can get the repair manual for this fabulous little machine. I use it to do 300lbs of meat every month to every 2 months for 4 local food pantries and 6 individuals who give to total of 25 other families. It’s easy to use and it’s a power horse. And it’s easy to store when not in use and easy to transport in and out of the vehicle to where we process the meats.
