RE: Hi Temp Cheese
I had some that was in shipping for about 12 days. When it got in it was fine. Nothing growing on it. Took a small taste, was good. Sealed the bag and tossed it in the fridge waiting for the next grind.

Seen a lot. Hope I don’t have to go back. Will stick with training the Recruits. Hunting fishing and processing my kills.

RE: Breaking Down Deer - Some Basics
marzig20 1 to 11/2 inch group is a difficult thing to accomplish. I was one of the bullseye shooters, but was never good enough to outshoot my pistols. I went through several armorer schools for law enforcement. S&W, Colt, Glock, Remington. Now most weapons are drop in part repairs instead of hand fitting. So a good hand fitted and tuned handgun is a dieing skill.

RE: What are you hunting/fishing?
I try to get my meat first, and if it’s a good buck, that’s a bonus. If the wife and I have a good year, then we won’t buy any beef except the occasional steak.
