      chippewa I usesd 17 lbs of venison and 8 lbs of pork butt, Ps seasoning 666-B , carrot binder, red pepper flakes and cheddar hot melt cheese

Cured for 10 days, dried until 32 percent loss. About 25 days they were small 818g. Spicy on outside and some what soft on inside, overall pretty good.
