Kinda new here
Kinda new member here, joined a bit ago and forgot to say hi.
My name is Jayson, from southern NH. I worked in a meat shop for about 9 years until the owners did some shady s**t and the place and all of their franchises shut down. While there I developed their fresh sausage and smoked meats program, ran the commissary and was front and back of the house manager.Currently I am using a pit boss Austin xl1100 for a grill and a pit boss Brunswick for a vertical smoker. I typically mix my own seasonings but am starting too try some of the mixes from Walton’s. I just purchased holly regular, willies sticks and everything pizza brat.
Thanks for having me. -

RE: Drink of Choice
Beer: anything from Treehouse, Trillium, and just about any craft lager. Booze; I’m a big bourbon guy. Bulleit, makers Mark, basil Hayden‘s Elijah Craig all great. cocktail I’d go bulleit rye Manhattan or a jack and coke.

Low fat great tasting ideas. Anyone?
My wife is going through a bout of pancreatitis, Doctor says no beef and very little pork, only vegetables, chicken breast, and turkey. Need some help with ideas that taste good. She has been I the hospital for a week with no food or water until last night when they started her on ice chips and broth. Jello this morning and rice crispy for lunch. She should be coming home tomorrow and I am trying to make a menu. Anyone have any ideas?

I like the idea! More input always creates more conversations. The ones who don’t care won’t look, but those who do will.
