wdaly I dip it in beer batter then roll it in a crushed cornflakes and coconut mixture. It has a crisp texture and all the flavors compliment each other.

RON PARRISH After making biscuits I had a ball of dough scraps left and squished it on the cookie sheet, no plan intended but this was the end result.

Denny O I’m not fond of coconut either but as a breading fried in hot oil it makes it palatable. I only use it for fish/shrimp breading or in my salmon patty recipe.

Deepwoodsbutcher Looks great, Breakfast for dinner happens around here from time to time too. Blueberry and links are a favorite, I just made Blueberry syrup and a batch of links and patty sausage.
