RE: Drink of Choice
Tex_77 I wish I was in Baja. I haven’t been there for 9 years now. I spend several months fishing the Pacific coast and the sea of Cortez. My favorite place to camp is Punta Mechudo in between San Eviristo and LaPaz. I stayed 4 months last time and besides Pangeros cruising by daily there was only 2 cars of locals that stopped by my camp to fish.

Denny O I’m not fond of coconut either but as a breading fried in hot oil it makes it palatable. I only use it for fish/shrimp breading or in my salmon patty recipe.
