Labels look nice, sticks look yummy, but worried about labels coming off once frozen. I’ve had this issue before, if you put the labels inside bags, that would be awesome.
Cody Wiese 0 nice idea. I like being set up to cut several pieces without having to move the meat. That is way faster than cut, move, cut…like I am currently doing.
I was going try making some duck snack sticks. 80 % duck, 20% pork fat. What stick seasoning would you suggest? How about binder and cure excellerator? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
